Steps to a proper notorization

1. Call or email to make your appointment.

2. personally appear for your notarization at agreed upon time and place.

3. Bring your necessary valid ID

4. ensure that your id and the name on the documents are the same. they must match.

5. make sure that your document is completed and filled out with the exception of the signature(s) and date

​

6. any special circumstances should be addressed before the appointment
